      • If not, slide the master control from ‘Off’ to ‘On’ to activate the phone’s Wi-Fi radio.
    • Select ‘FreeWiFiPaulBrownStadium’ - No password required.
  • iPhone: Go to Settings, then Wi-Fi. Ensure Wi-Fi is toggled on.
    • Tap ‘FreeWiFiPaulBrownStadium’ - No password required.
    • After you join a network, you'll see next to the network and in the upper-left corner of your display or the upper-right corner.

Unable to Access Wallet: Having issues pulling tickets up on your Wallet? Access via a different  browser.

  • If a different browser doesn't work, try accessing via Bengals app (free to download):
  • BEFORE arriving at the gate:
    • Click on the “Tickets” option on at the bottom of the screen
    • Choose “Manage Tickets.” Choose “Sign in to Ticketmaster.” Log into the Ticketmaster account that the tickets were transferred to.
    • The games that you have tickets for will show on the next screen.
    • Tap the game you are attending to see the tickets on your account
    • At the gate, tap “View barcode” to allow for ticket to be scanned.
    • IMPORTANT: Log into the app and pull up the tickets on your phone PRIOR to leaving for the game to avoid hiccups w/cell phone networks or Wi-Fi near the stadium.
  • Navigating to other tickets: Swipe/use the arrows on screen

Trouble Logging In? Forgot Email? Check your email for the email address that the tickets were  transferred to. Use that email address to either login or create an account.

  • If you cannot find it within the main inbox, then check within your Junk, Spam or Trash folders as it is possible the email has been directed there.
  • Still having trouble? In the search bar, type: “Bengals"

How do I know if I have a Ticketmaster account?

  • Enter your email address in the email field and the system will check to see if you have an existing Ticketmaster account.
  • If you see a message that says “Email Not Found”, you will need to sign up with a new or try another email Ticketmaster account.
  • As a reminder, your Ticketmaster account automatically ties in with the Bengals account using the same email.
